Excellence prize awarded at the Osaka Art Exhibition, held from February 26th to March 3rd 2002 at the Osaka City Museum. The event was co-operated by Osaka Town Hall, Osaka prefecture, Hyogo prefecture and each official Educational associations. About 6 000 people visited the exhibition where 193 works of art were selected from around the world.
